    Byron Bay Bush Spice Blends

Bought some Australian Bush Spices from the Byron markets on Sunday. There are several blends available but we thought we’d start off with the Red Meat Blend which is a sweet fiery fusion of bush tomato, and mountain pepper berry adds bold earthy kick to any red meat, like lamb, beef or kangaroo. Bought some lovely steaks and gave them a little rub and away we went!  visit:

http://www.australianbushspices.com.au/ or see Scott at the Byron Bay markets held on the 1st Sunday of each month.

    Writers Festival a huge success
